Miss Bouba Boutique aims to dispatch your order within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) of its receipt.(except Frenchie Creations items which are shipped within 4 to 5 business days) Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for order to be dispatched during a sale & new launch period. 

If an order is placed when the store is closed for holidays (there would be a notice on your order form as well as on the front page of our website), we will ship the next business day after re-opening.

All domestic orders (except Frenchie Creations items) are shipped via Royal Mail either via Standard 2nd Class or First Class Signed For. You can choose the option that suits you best at Checkout.

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail either via Standard International or International Tracked (with the exception of the Republic of Ireland where we can only use UPS following issues with the Royal Mail). On occasions we may use a courier such as UPS for International Tracked shipments. You will be notified when we ship your order. Shipping costs and timeframe depends on the country. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control

For countries outside of the UK which do not appear on the list of countries we ship to at checkout, please send an enquiry first to missboubaboutique@btinternet.com. We will do our very best to ship anywhere around the world!

International Customs Fees - Please note, on the rare occasion that your parcel is held up in customs (depending on your countries customs regulations) we will not be held responsible for any fees/costs associated with this that the customer may incur. If you do not accept those charges, please note that you must contact us to advise you will refuse delivery. We cannot accept lability for the return of the goods. Refused orders will only be refunded once received back in the Boutique - Please note that shipping fees and any admin fess encountered (including custom fees back to t he UK) are not refundable.

Please allow 14 working days and no more than 20 working days from the date of dispatch before querying a delivery. Please note that delivery days do not include Sundays and public holidays. Due to the COVID-19 crisis our International shipping is taking longer than usual. Please allow anywhere up to 2-6 weeks for your parcel to arrive in some countries. We also have no control over how long local customs hold on to your order.
