REFUNDS
On receipt of your returned order {defective items only as we are closing down), the item will be inspected. Items that have been worned, damaged, washed, altered or missing original packaging will not be refunded.
If the item is approved, you will get a full refund within 5 working days using the original payment method used.
Please note that Shipping and admin costs are non refundable.
We do not offer refunds for Custom Taxes. We do not offer refunds for lost parcels which haven't been claimed within 20 working days of dispatch or lost returned parcels which have been sent back to us without a proof of postage.
